INSURANCE
Wellness for Less Medical Center offers affordable health care services for those without medical insurance ($39.00 a visit).  However, we encourage everyone to consider maintaining insurance to cover catastrophic illnesses. What to Bring for your Appointment
Insurance card(s)
Driver's license or other photo identification
List of current medications and dosages
Any pertinent medical records or test results

Privacy
Your privacy is essential at WLMC. Our procedures and software programs meet or exceed the HIPAA standards required for physician practices. Due to HIPPA requirements, please do not leave any medical information / inquiries / problems on our voice mail or email.  Direct all inquiries to the office via phone.
